We decided we would meet near the WWI memorial in DC, then move over to the Tidal Basin and finish up in her studio in Tulsi (make sure you check them out!). I have to give her credit for not only waking up BEFORE sunrise, but fending off the mosquitos and looking amazing while doing it!
